Why am I

running?

“I am running for City Council to ensure Missoula stays true to the place that we’ve all come to love. Let’s keep Missoula green and affordable for all of us.”

  • Housing is a human right and a building block for the health of our community. I am committed to continue boldly taking on the housing crisis so Missouliand can live, work, play, and thrive.

  • We must take action to create stronger protections for the water in our rivers, the air that we breathe, and for the place we call home. Expanding our shared access to nature through trails, parks, and open space will be a top priority.

  • I am fighting for transportation policies that uplift all Missoulians. I am committed to expanding our access to bus services and biking & walking trails and creating safer street designs to prevent car crashes.

  • The health and safety of our community requires resources for public health: housing, treatment centers, trauma support, youth development, childcare and new emergency response teams.

  • As the cost of living keeps rising in Missoula, wages have stayed stagnant. Missoula’s economy must be built on a commitment to empowering workers and fighting for livable wages to ensure every worker can meet their family’s basic needs.

  • I am running to ensure public advocacy and community involvement drives every decision that our City Council makes. On the City Council, I have tirelessly stood up to ensure residents have a voice and seat at the decision-making table.

“Missoulians know what is best for our community. Community involvement should drive every decision that our City Council makes.”
